It's the outright CRUELTY that bothers me the most. And some even seem to enjoy inflicting it. The Karma payback will not be pretty, and it WILL happen at some point. We have to enable it. I am very concerned that there will be NO November 2026 elections at all, and if there are, they will be rigged. I believe we MUST act as if this might be the case. All of us must find ways to make our opposition known and do so on an ongoing basis. Hopefully everyone is aware that there are more protest marches scheduled across the nation for July 4, and July 14. For starters, we can make them even BIGGER than they already were on No Kings Day. And we can increase our calls to senators and reps. I'd suggest calling not just DC offices, but any and all local offices as well. (Super easy to find info; just google "contact for senator so and so" etc.) I've heard those who've worked at the presidential and congressional staff levels claim that these elected officials pay close attn to polls. They also closely watch calls coming in. Email, not so much and if they do, it takes a much lower priority. Do what you can. It will help you feel a little bit better.
